The 60Khz ultrasonic probing atomization nozzle is designed with a frequency of 60K and an airflow channel to produce 28 micrometer atomized particles and spray width, which can adapt to different spraying requirements such as area, thickness, and smoothness. Meanwhile, unique external structures can be designed according to different application environments.
The 60K ultrasonic probe nozzle has multiple nozzle configurations and lengths, depending on the diameter and length of the test tube. The common application is to spray the silica coating to speed up coagulation. The silica slurry decomposes any silica aggregates through the vibration of the long nozzle nozzle, and sprays the atomized spray onto the wall of the BCT or the bottom coating area of the syringe cylinder, instead of coating the entire tube, so that the coating position can be more accurately controlled.
